  1. Everyone’s experience is different. If you were in a group session, some people might want to share after a session, while some might not. Whatever your heart desires, it is always the right response.
  2.  Stay well-hydrated. Please drink plenty of water after a session. Our body is made of 70% water. Sound energy vibrates on a cellular level in our bodies. Therefore, it’s important to drink plenty of water after a sound session.  If possible, taking a bath or soaking your feet in salt is also beneficial.
  3. It’s okay to be curious and let the experience speak to your heart.
  4. Sometimes, our experience may change over time. This is completely okay and normal.
  5. Find ways to ground yourself daily. Here are some recommendations:
  1. Spending alone time in nature (turn off your phone)
  2. Grounding (touching the Earth with bare skin, e.g. barefoot on grass or dirt)
  3. Humming or singing
  4. Journaling – a great way to process our thoughts
  5. Make space for creative expression – drawing, cooking, baking, woodworking, or anything that allows you to create freely
  6. Breathe with your diaphragm (belly breathing) – whenever you remember throughout the day.
  7. Be kind to yourself. Trust that you are always loved, supported, and guided.
  8. Take a daily salt bath. This is a wonderful way to get energized daily.
  9. Rest in vibrational music (e.g. Steve Halpern),  esp. before sleep – to relax your body and mind.
  10. These practices help nourish and strengthen our Inner Self. In today’s world, cultivating this inner work is not just valuable – it is essential.
