Sessions with Emily

Emily is a certified sound therapy practitioner offering Biofield Tuning, Sound Bath Meditation, and an Online Meditation Course — each designed to support your nervious system regulation, emotional clarity, and help you reconnect with your harmonious state of well-being.

Biofield Tuning

Clarity & Grounding

Our electromagnetic field holds the stories, beliefs, and subtle patterns that shape our daily life—often without our conscious awareness. During this session, a tuning fork is used to identify and rebalance any out-of-tune frequencies, restoring them to their natural harmony and flow. These energetic “patterns” may show up as difficulty expressing our truth, guilt-driven overdoing, or feeling confused or anxious most of the time. 

After a session, many people report feeling clearer, grounded, and more connected to themselves. The experience is often compared to an inner body massage—leaving you lighter, more focused, and more aligned with your intuition.

For a more lasting and transformative result, a beginning series of three sessions is recommended. Clients who book a 3-session series also receive a complimentary sound bath included with the package.

Some participants feel uplifted by the unified group vibration, while others naturally drift into their own inner sanctuary, unaware of those around them. Both experiences are equally profound —each shaped by the powerful, healing resonance of the collective.

This is a self-paced 7-week online course, formulated by Emily – certified in Mindfulness Meditation teaching and explored further in her own journeys through 25+ years of medical practice, psychedelic training, end-of-life care, and theology education.

A personalized sound therapy experience designed specifically for what your mind and body need that day. Your practitioner will use a blend of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drum, flute, and gentle vocal tones to create a supportive, grounding environment. Each session is tailored in the moment to help you settle, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
