As we witness what’s happening today in a global sense, there is increasing evidence of disruption and unrest — politically, economically, and even in weather patterns. Our Mother Earth is going through her own evolution. We are not only participants but also co-creators on this journey.

Two Paths

Two Options We All Face

Fear-Based Living when facing change

Fight

We resist and fight whatever we dislike. We get exhausted and beaten up. You can see this on the daily news.

Flight

We run away from what’s happening. We avoid reality. We numb ourselves with busyness, social media, or other addictive behaviors.

Freeze

We don’t know what to do, so we stay stagnant. Though we feel uneasy and confused, we don’t do anything about it. On the surface, our lives appear comfortable, but we are in chronic stress because of the sense of helplessness and hopelessness.

These choices are fear-based.

They no longer serve us.

The Cosmos wants us to awaken.

What’s the Other Option?

As social chaos increases and technology becomes more distracting, many people get pulled into the collective fight-flight-freeze response.

But there is another way.

Turn inward.

The other option is finding the solution within yourself by following your sacred gift—your intuition, which is connected to the Higher Wisdom of the Divine Energy.

This is a common frustration, which inspired the creation of this course—blending meditation and sound and adding energy health to make the practice more supportive and embodied.

Each of the 10 modules offers a theme and experiential practices to deepen awareness. The material is extremely rich because it integrates science and spirituality, Eastern and Western wisdom into our daily living.

The material is available for up to two years for access and review whenever you want after enrollment.

With one-on-one support available along the way, your questions will be answered, your doubt can be shared, and you will be shown how to explore in the space of allowing and wonder.

If you are looking for a quick fix for your chronic problems, this may not be for you. If you're looking for some type of transformation in your life, look nowhere else. I am a retired college professor in my late 60s. Despite achieving what society deems as success, I struggled with anxiety and insomnia, even with the use of Xanax, Melatonin, and other remedies... finally I was referred by a friend of mine who took meditation classes with Emily a few years ago.

I just finished my online course. Because it was so rich, I took my time. I am still re-watching and re-listening to some of the recordings. Emily was always available and helpful in answering many of my questions. From the very beginning, things have continued to unfold. I have learned so much about myself, my life, my past, and now my future. It's hard to put into words. It has been a truly transformative experience for me.
