Who can benefit from Sound Therapy?

We believe sound therapy is a nurturing practice that can benefit anyone—especially in today’s fast-paced, often chaotic world. Constant technology use, environmental noise, and the pressures of modern life can quietly drain our energy, leaving us feeling disconnected and out of balance.

Just as a musical instrument requires occasional tuning, our energetic system also benefits from periodic recalibration. Sound therapy supports a return to balance, helping us feel more grounded, aligned, and joyful.

Those who feel stuck, depleted, burned out, or who have experienced extended periods of confusion or loss often experience profound benefits from just a few tuning sessions. Many clients report noticeable shifts after a single session, commonly describing feelings of being lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and grounded—all at once.

Our practitioners receive regular sound therapy themselves to maintain a vibrant energy flow and stay aligned with the natural rhythm of All That Is. What is the difference between a Sound Bath meditation and a Biofield Tuning session?

  Sound Bath Meditation

Immerse yourself in a 50-minute sound bath designed to calm the mind and soothe the body. Using the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, this meditative experience encourages deep relaxation and whole-body restoration. Simply lie back, breathe, and allow the sound to guide you into a peaceful state of balance and harmony. Healing can only begin once we let go. 

Biofield Tuning Sessions

Each Biofield Tuning session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. During a 60-minute Biofield Reset Session, the practitioner gently identifies areas of imbalance within your body’s electromagnetic field.

Using activated tuning forks, the session works to reset and restore the natural flow of energy, supporting greater physical, emotional, and energetic coherence. This process can reveal subtle or hidden energetic patterns—often outside of conscious awareness—that influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

By bringing these patterns into harmony, many people experience meaningful shifts in clarity, balance, and well-being. For some, this work has been deeply transformative after just a few sessions.

How do I know which Biofield Tuning session I need?

1. Biofield Reset

Each of us carries subtle energies and long-held beliefs that quietly influence the rhythm of our lives. Many of these patterns live beneath our awareness—shaped by moments when we held back our truth, tried to meet others’ expectations, or carried emotions longer than we needed to.

A Biofield Reset tuning session offers a gentle way to explore these energetic currents. Using sound, the practitioner works with your Biofield to identify areas of dissonance and help bring them back into harmony. As these patterns begin to settle and balance, many people experience a renewed sense of peace, emotional openness, and inner clarity.

This session is especially supportive during times of transition or when navigating meaningful life choices. By helping you feel grounded and centered, it becomes easier to reconnect with your intuition and move forward with greater confidence.

For the most benefit, it is generally recommended to begin with a series of three sessions.

2. Meridian Relaxation

This 75–90 minute session is designed to promote deep, full-body relaxation. By harmonizing the meridians and soothing the nervous system, it helps release built-up stress and restore a natural sense of calm and well-being.

Why does sound healing work profoundly for some individuals but not for others? What factors may block or diminish its effects?

1. Openness to possibility

Sound healing requires a willingness to receive. Even a small openness—a 1% curiosity or allowance that healing might be possible—creates space for a response to occur. Healing begins when a perceived message is received and engaged with by the nervous system. If that message is immediately rejected, analyzed away, or dismissed, the body has little opportunity to respond. Without openness, there can be no response.

2. Self-limiting beliefs & inner conditioning

Many people carry deeply conditioned beliefs rooted in shame, guilt, or feelings of unworthiness. These self-limiting beliefs can create an internal block, as the individual does not truly believe they are capable of or deserving of healing. While similar to the first obstacle, this resistance arises not from conscious skepticism, but from internalized negative self-perception. The first obstacle is often driven by the ego and intellect; this one emerges from the wounded self. The second obstacle is easier to remove as long as the receiver has 1% curiosity to possibility. 

I’ve had a few sound sessions—both tuning and sound baths—and the effects have been incredible.

How can I take this journey to the next level?

Cultivating a regular meditation practice is one of the most effective ways to deepen self-awareness and expand consciousness. When paired with sound work, this inner opening can unfold even more quickly and profoundly. 

It’s highly recommended to begin by turning off your phone or any distractions once a day. Start with sitting just five minutes each day. Listening to gentle meditation music in the background, such as the work of Steven Halpern, is very helpful. While you sit in the sound, remember to breathe through your abdomen at the beginning to help you settle. Once you feel settled, you can let go of attention to your breath. What happens during a tuning session?

You’re invited into a calm, peaceful setting designed to help you relax and unwind. During your session, a certified practitioner will begin by assessing where your body may benefit most from focused attention.

Using an activated tuning fork, the practitioner gently scans your electromagnetic biofield, listening for areas of resistance or imbalance. When such an area is detected, the harmonious frequency of the tuning fork supports the body’s natural capacity to reorganize and “retune” itself, consequently returning to a state of balance and ease.

Many clients experience a noticeable release of physical or energetic tension during this process, along with a sense of grounding, clarity, and renewed direction. It’s common to leave feeling “lighter,” “clear-minded,” and, as many say, simply “amazing.”  

These effects often last well beyond the session itself. If you’re just beginning, a series of three sessions is recommended to help clear deeper, lifelong patterns. Even so, many people share that they felt a powerful shift after only a single session.

How many sessions do I need, and how frequent should I receive a Biofield tuning?

A wonderful place to begin is with a series of three sessions, typically spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Many clients find that this initial series creates noticeable shifts—or even a complete resolution of their primary concerns.

Once those initial concerns have been addressed, clients often choose to schedule follow-up sessions every 3 to 6 months, or simply as needed, depending on what’s unfolding in their lives. A busy working parent may benefit from more frequent sessions, while someone navigating major decisions—such as choosing between job opportunities or relationship changes—might find that a single session provides the clarity they need. There is no “right” number of sessions; each one builds upon the last, allowing flow, coherence, and openness to unfold naturally and gently.

As your energy settles into a more balanced state, you’ll begin to notice changes in how you feel and move through life. When you sense a shift or disruption, that’s your signal—it’s time for another tuning.

Are there any medical conditions that may exclude me from having a session?

Sound is a gentle yet powerful modality. Though generally safe and natural, it may not be appropriate for everyone at every stage of life. As the body learns to relax and release previously stored tension, some people may experience a temporary detox or healing response. During this natural process, toxins that have been held in tight or stagnant tissues may begin to move, which can occasionally lead to temporary effects such as fatigue, emotional shifts, mild flu-like sensations, loose stools, nausea, or skin irritation.

For safety and precautionary reasons, sound therapy is not recommended during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a deeply sacred and sensitive process, and we choose not to interfere with the body’s natural rhythms during this time.

What if I want to schedule a private group session for my employees or friends?

What should my intentions be when I sit through a sound bath?

The secrets to a sound bath session is having no expectations. Don’t expect this or that. Go in with an open mind, a mind that anything is possible. This can be difficult for most people because we all want to be in control. We all want to know what’s going to happen. This may be the learning lesson in these sound bath spaces – is that we should simply relax into the sound. Whatever sound we hear, it is what it is. Each sound will come, and each sound will go. You can set an intention of “Let the sound energy flow through me…” and then rest your mind.  

The musical notes are just notes. Let them do their thing, and we are just participants in the space to rest, relax, and listen.
