What to expect

What should I expect before & during
a session?

BEFORE a session

1. If your session will be conducted in-person, you will be asked to remove your shoes upon entering the studio, as we try our best to keep the space clean. Thank you for your understanding.

2. During the session, you will be lying down on your back on a soft mattress. To make the experience more comfortable, you may bring your own pillow(s), blanket(s), and sheet(s) if you desire. Otherwise, they will be provided.

3. Since you’ll be lying down, please avoid eating a heavy meal before your session, as it will make you uncomfortable during the session.

4.  If lying down is difficult for you, you may sit up or lie on your side, or be in any position that is comfortable for you. We will work with you to ensure your safety.

5. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.

6. Our sense of smell is known to connect us to old memories. Please do not wear any perfume or cologne. Though the scent may be pleasant to you, it could be a trigger for some people sharing the same space with you. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Please review Cautions and Contraindications Page to ensure your safety. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to making an appointment.

8. If you are having a Biofield tuning session, please review the Disclaimer before your appointment.

DURING a session

1. You may set an intention during your session. Why am I here?

2. Your experience will most likely change with time. Be curious what may show up. The best way to be in a sound session is to be present without any expectations. Without trying to predict or expect what’s going to happen, especially based on your previous experience. The best attitude is to remain open and curious. And relax into whatever happens.

3. We simply let ourselves rest in a space of sound, and gently let ourselves go into the sounds. The vibrational energy knows what your body needs at the moment. Trust the process. If your mind is busy and needs to think of something, saying “Thank you” in your heart would be enough.   🙂

4. Every session—and every person—is unique. There’s no right or wrong way to experience sound. Some people notice gentle tingling, shifts in energy, or a sense of lightness, while others may feel very little during the session. Both experiences are completely normal, and even subtle sessions can create meaningful and lasting effects.
